O&G Funds
Evaluating a potential career move from softs (phsyical w/ light financial trading) to Oil & Gas trading at an energy house. Long term goal would be to move into a hedge fund and trade purely financial. Do many of these funds exist? For the most part only thing I can find is physical traders at energy houses.
Also in the event that these funds are not common can you speak to the freedom at energy houses to trade purely financial and what comp looks like (at least the structure of base, bonus, carry, etc.)?
