Looking for a few people in the industry to create a peer group. I'm currently at a small firm with <10 employees. Also fortunate to be allowed to work remotely, so with that and the size of my firm I have found myself with limited networking opportunities. Any interest for those in the industry to create a meaningful peer group? It can start off anonymous but would eventually require us to drop that to build personal relationships.
Feel free to drop it in the comments or pm me if interested. I think the ideal group size would be 5-10 but wouldn't mind it exceeding that if the quality of the group would go up.
