PMs: what's are signs that an analyst/subpm is ready to take risk in your book?
Pod heads, I've a question for you all.
Suppose you just hired an analyst to be the first hire on your team. I would guess that the initial tasks are learning and gradually start contributing ideas for you.
However, at what point is that analyst ready to start taking risk? What attributes are you looking for?
