If it's NYC yes you're cut. If non-NYC USA though, you might have another round with a non-NYC PM which takes some time to set up. (One of my friends had to wait about a week after his coach round 1 or 2 years ago). Did you check off multiple locations in your original application? Also if you make it past coach round, you're most likely going to get the offer.
