Point72 Academy First Year Bonus?
So the base for Point72 is 125k, which seems very low compared to Citatel and DE Shaw. Does anyone have intel on what first and second year bonuses to expect? 50k first year, and 50k second year, for an average analyst? Or for comparable MM analysts?
Trying to decide whether to go into IB/PE or P72.

Yea or it’s like 80% but you get a 25k signing bonus so it works out to 100%
