I am wondering how analysts working at HFs track their portfolio and watchlist companies' upcoming earnings, analyst days, and other upcoming events. 

CapIQ has a report builder, however the user interface isn't great. I'm wondering if there are better tools out there using CapIQ or Bloomberg?
