I read this article on how much demand there is for quantitative analysts, and I'm wondering, is the extra student debt worth all the "hype"? I'm thinking of applying to Bendheim for M.Fin. The alternative route is quantitative strategies (not full fledged) at a prop shop, or prop trading (HF). I'm afraid there might be a bubble that will burst. Pay is also a concern, if I wish to pursue to programs.
