Gents, I have been thinking about this for a while now and want to know your opinion as I'm sure there's someone who was in the same spot. I'm 2nd year IBD analyst in a tier 2 bank in Europe (not London) and I dream of transitioning to an HF in London. Do you think it's possible or should I stop dreaming about it and just focus on my investments (which a like doing anyway) and stick with IB long term?
