Recommendations on building a strong foundation in finance
Hey everyone! I'm a rising junior working at an EB next summer and recently have developed an interest in investing / public equities (and so naturally thinking about whether working somewhere in the HF space would be for me). I'd love to hear if you guys have any recommendations on how one could go about building a more holistic understanding of finance (i.e. 10-K analysis, deeper understanding of different securities/instruments, etc) without just taking classes at school. Are there any specific books / courses you'd recommend or perhaps should I consider studying for something like the CFA?
Thanks in advance.
