Does anyone recommend reaching out to the HF PM you interviewed with after being rejected and thanking them for their time? Anybody have experience with following up emails post rejection asking for advice on where you could improve? Just curious how to leave things.

A lack of reply isn't going to impact their day. However, I have in the past after being turned down, primarily as a confirmation.
