Remote work policy for PMs at MMs

I started exploring PM roles in the space and am considering whether or not I should push for remote work policy or come to the office. Curious to hear if your team is working remotely or going to the office.

Would strongly advise you sit with your analysts. My PM and I don’t sit in the same office and it’d be fine if we had better communication but we don’t and it really sucks. Sure we can jump on a call or Zoom “whenever we need to” but nothing replaces the value of face-to-face interaction, especially because he’s always doing 4 different things while we’re on our catchup calls. I end up repeating myself a lot and having to type it all up which wastes my time and his
