I do imagine that it might be REALLY hard to even get a job there. They only have like ~275 employees...

Probably the toughest hedge fund to get a job at. Makes de shaw and two sigma look like child's play. Reid Barton, one of the smartest Americans of our generation, works there. Enough said.
