I was quite amused to read that because I literally decided to stop using Revolut yesterday. They're infamous for blocking accounts for no reason because they use an AI that will tag you as a money launderer if you have too much money on your account or if you transfer too much money. That could be understandable given regulations, the problem being that if your account gets blocked you'll never get it back - support has been outsourced to India and they couldn't care less about you. Just read the threads on Reddit.
Definitely switching to Starling Bank, at least they have a banking license in the UK. Fuck Revolut
Not sure if I have ever done business with them. Hard to say it may be next Amazon
