Road to a career in hedge funds

Is the traditional 2+2 IB then PE route the best way to break into the HF space, or would something like ER be more suitable?

Would also like to hear about other careers pathways into HF if y'all have any others

This has been asked and answered dozens of times on this site.

There is HF out of school; many shops have training programs now.

There's IB/PE to HF, ER to HF, S&T to HF etc etc
