Salary for first-years in Quant Risk in BB?

Got an offer for a Quant Risk internship in Switzerland at a BB. The compensation is around 60k CHF/year, which seems reasonable given that I will not have completed my Master’s degree when the internship begins.

I’m really excited about the opportunity, but I’m curious about the next steps if it turns into a full-time role. Specifically:

  1. What’s a realistic salary range for a full-time Quant Risk analyst in Switzerland (post-Master’s)?
  2. How does compensation in Quant Risk compare to other functions like Sales & Trading or Algo Trading, whether at BBs or smaller banks?
  3. What’s the typical salary structure in Switzerland (base vs. bonus) for these roles?

Thanks in advance for any insight.
