Should I remove my prior experience to apply to HF’s and ER
Worked at a multi manager junior summer and did not get a return.
Currently FT at a no name boutique - very interested in re entering public’s so thinking of applying to ER/HF roles but am concerned that having that position on my resume would negatively impact me since it’s pretty obvious I did not get a return. This happened at other shops where I made it past the case study and was asked about my return status during FT recruitment.
In what universe is having 0 experience > having some, if unrelated, experience?
