Small Cap Tech Investing
Could you guys please share names of accomplished investors (think Ackman, Tepper, etc) who is focusing on small cap (1 B market cap) tech investing. M&A/spin-off thesis focus would be great.

Do you mean less than 1 billion? Because (>1 B market cap) means investing in companies greater than 1 B...
