Small HF with <$500m is expressing interest in hiring me for an analyst position out of undergrad. The fund is slowly growing but I am not sure about the stability of funds this size, compensation, and exit opps. There are currently 7-8 employees (2-3 analysts) (1-2 PMs/Partners) at the fund. Does anyone have experience working at a small L/S Fund?
