what role are you looking for? my friend works there...
I can confirm it's SearchOne, but most seats come through internal referrals/aren't publicly distributed through SearchOne.
This is because I've heard that Soros has stopped giving budget for headhunters and so PMs need to use direct referrals to source talent only.
My understanding of Soros is that it's basically become sort of like a pod shop with its own PMs running different pockets of capital and then there's a master fund where you can pitch ideas to Dawn to scale things up. Is that accurate?
