Sr analyst interview to offer conversion rate?
Hi,
For credit senior analyst roles, how many pipeline opportunities do you need to convert into an offer? I’m thinking if I have 4-5 opportunities in second round / pre case study now, it should convert to 1 offer by May? Is that too optimistic/ is that in the right range?
