Starting nee job before the end of garden leave
Is it a big deal to start at a new firm before the end of your garden leave if the old firm never knows? I obviously wouldn’t be overlapping at conferences or posting on LinkedIn or anything so not sure how the old form would know.
Starting a nee job before your garden leave ends at your old form is a pretty risky maneuver and is A clear violation
