Stock offerings
How do you approach stock offerings when it cames to valuation and deciding whether to invest or not?
I've done many over the past 3 yrs but hasn't really been my main focus. Relationships with brokers and capital markets matter a lot in terms of having 1x1 slots with mgmt, knowing which deal come in hotter than others and in getting a final allocation. But in the end, for a much work you could do, market sentiment is the main driver on the first trading days.
Here I'm referring mostly to short term trading (basically flipping an IPO once shares are received - if not day 1, very soon).
