Thanks. You’re early in your career, so I can only wish you phenomenal luck, and the wisdom I’d wish on you is this: work for good people. When they show you who they are, you should believe them. My mistake was writing an option on myself for negative premium to people who are untrustworthy. It’s easy to avoid that mistake, but I was naive. Full story is unimportant, but that advice is totally serious - you’ll know quickly what I mean once you work for different people.

I’ll add my two worthless cents as someone who’s been at a few places. A relationship that started out great could turn sour very quickly due to external/internal reasons. Even if you are in a great situation now, be cognizant of the fact that it can change quickly, and have a plan for when that happens.
