Thoughts on the Lingotto Team in London?
Any thoughts on how the strategy works? Are they long/biased? (They say they are L/S) Spin-out of Exor, and quite a lean team for a c.$2Bn HF in London.
Would appreciate any comments on culture, strategy and comp :)

FYI based on the founders of this fund, and their recent hires, I would expect them to mostly hire well-connected people who are recommended to them through personal relationships.
