looks like a good program. I don't know about UCSB campus recruiting though. But if you're going to go to grad school it would be good.
I know for a fact that UCSB recruiting isn't great for both finance / consulting. Where else did you get in?
For UC's go Berkeley / LA - those are the only target schools. SB is also far away from LA / OC too so you're not gonna get that many "local" firms either. UIUC / UMICH / UT all have similar admissions standards - so if you don't mind paying out of state for a few years, those schools will have stronger recruiting.
