Using references
How do you add people's references to your CV or cover letter when sending out applications?
A senior, founder of a bank, with which I meet from time to time to discuss trade ideas told me to add him as a reference when I am looking for another job. I currently work at a small L/S and he knows I'm looking to move a move.
What would be the best way to add his reference to my cold outreach? Would it be best to write a line in my cover or add a section on my CV?
