What should I be keeping track of for future opp't?

New to HF (analyst) and am wondering what I should be keeping track of to add to my resume when applying for other funds.

I.e. Should I be keeping track of names that I was involved in that became positions? Should I note date/px/etc. when we entered the position + resulting gain/loss?

What would be helpful + incremental for hiring managers at funds?

Thanks all.
