What technology do PMs and Analysts use to help inform investment decisions?
I have an interview coming up with a HF for the technology product side of the organization, and a large part of the role would be building, analyzing and enhancing the technology used by PMs and analysts. I always thought HFs just used excel and got market insights from various news sources, but what tools are actually used on the job? I’m just looking for a better understanding of the technology used, any feedback is appreciated. Thanks
