Where to post pitches to improve at them

Are there any places other than VIC that I can post stock pitches so people can poke holes through them? I've applied to VIC three times with no success and have no plans on stopping anytime soon but I would like to share some of my pitches and start to make connections within the industry. Any help would be appreciated

Based on previous WSO threads, here are some places where you can post your stock pitches to get feedback and improve them:

  1. SumZero: This platform allows you to submit your stock write-ups. If accepted, you can become a full member and gain access to a job board where small funds post openings. It's a great place to get your work reviewed by peers and professionals.

  2. Wall Street Oasis (WSO) Forums: You can post your pitches in relevant forums such as the Hedge Fund Forum or the Investing, Markets & Macroeconomics Forum. There are threads specifically for reviewing stock pitches, and you can get feedback from experienced industry professionals.

  3. Networking with Industry Professionals: Reach out to people at funds and ask them to review your pitch. This can be done through LinkedIn or other professional networking sites. Personal connections can often provide detailed and constructive feedback.

  4. Recruiters: Building relationships with recruiters can sometimes lead to opportunities where they might review your pitches or connect you with professionals who can.

  5. Bloomberg Terminal: Some small funds post openings and opportunities on the Bloomberg Terminal. While this is more for job searching, it can also be a way to connect with professionals who might review your pitches.

  6. Job Board Sites: Websites like eFinancialCareers, GoBuySide, and Pinebase often have forums or sections where you can post and discuss stock pitches.

By leveraging these platforms, you can get valuable feedback and start making connections within the industry. Keep refining your pitches and don't hesitate to reach out for reviews.
