Wonderlic Tests
Does anyone know what the typical passing scores are for the Wonderlic for the big multi manager hedge funds? I know online it says 29 is average for an investment analyst but I would have to think the big funds would have high strict cut offs. For example, would somewhere around a 40 be considered a good score?
Not sure of specific passing scores, but I got in the high 30's on my practice tests and got through the Vista Public Strategies wonderlic to the next round. They didn't tell me my actual score so idk what it was.
Did you finish the test on the actual test you took/were you finishing the practice tests?
I was finishing the practice tests and finished the actual test. My approach was to just skip questions I wasn't sure about after spending ~10 seconds reading the q / trying to see if it fit a framework i'd prepped for

Which MMs btw? Just curious. Got offers from P72 and Citadel without ever taking it on my end.
actually both point72 and citadel ask for it im pretty sure
I got a percentile score but not a raw score. Any idea how HF percentile scores translate to actual?
you should shoot for a near perfect score. i recommend taking practice tests online before taking the actual test. it is not a difficult test because literally there's like 5 question types that are all pretty predictable.
I thought I got most of the questions correct, like at least 45, but was told I only scored in the top 5% of applicant pool. So I guess a lot of people did really well (or I did a lot worse than I felt).
