I’d recommend the cape of good hope or Baffin Bay if you’re looking for partially encircled bodies of water
Good stable low turnover shop. On junior side your experience will depend on your PM as with anywhere but from a firm perspective it’s about as good as it gets.
How does a pod shop ensure low turnover? They're willing to keep teams who underperform and drag down returns?
They hire executive coaches for PMs who are under water?
