Best business to start with 100k up front investment - maybe a recruitment webapp?
Title says it all - I have about 100k burning a hole in my pocket and I don't like the idea of letting it sit in the stock market, especially at current valuations. I'd rather spend free time trying to build a part time side-hustle / business.
Maybe hire a web developer or two and a student to help build a web-app for recruitment / CV optimisation, or a learning platform for a niche subject for K12. Any other ideas welcome :)
Not looking to build a huge business but if I can turn this 100k into a recurring 30k net income annuity with minimal input, that would be great.
