If you don’t chase prestige your selfish
A lot of people say that chasing prestige is selfish because you're missing weddings, birthdays, and family gatherings. A lot of people want to make you feel bad because they think that they want to take the moral high ground, saying that they want to make the world a better place, or they care about their family, or they want to be present.
I'm here to tell you the complete opposite. If you do not sacrifice everything to chase prestige, then you've decided that you're small circle is worth more than your potential impact on the world.
If you look at the hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, viruses, and starvation that occur throughout the world, destroying lives, families, homes, everything, he would clearly realize that the world is flawed. It has problems that must be fixed.
Prestige is trust, trust with money, and trust with money allows you to make an impact fund that creates a difference. Invest in the future. Invest in a better world. I promise you, there will be no billions of dollars coming through your investments unless people can trust your prestige, your sacrifices, and your work ethic.
