Leverage in long-term personal portfolio

I have designed a portfolio with low drawdowns (max of 5%) and pretty good annual returns (9.5%).

If I hypothetically wanted to level the portfolio, how would I go about doing so? Would I just have to borrow multiples at the 6-7% rate, or is there a more efficient way?

Long term holding and no leveraged ETFs (as they don’t exist for my components).

thanks!
