stock index fund that's on a discount?

what's a good equities index fund that has crashed a lot in the current bear market that i could buy at a discount?

I wanted to buy the US Equity Index Fund by Vanguard (Link below) but it is strangely basically at an all time high.. despite us being in a massive recession with stocks crashing.
