1st Year Analyst Sleep
Is it possible for an A1 to on average get 8 hours a sleep a night if they hit the sack after logging off? To the 1st years how much sleep do you usually get?

That’s impossible lmao, at most 6-7 hours a night on average
I could probably get 8 hours in, the problem is that I don't fall asleep at 12 AM, I lay into bed at 12:30 AM and fall asleep at like 2 AM or something. If people had an "off button" yeah definitely, but no bro, not 8 hours, probably just 6/7, not as bad as people say but 8 hours no either because of (a) late emails or (b) anxiety from potential late email.
How many hours do you typically work and can you typically recoup on the weekends at least?
