1st Year in London, dont know what to do

Im in my first year of Uni in London studying E&A, and ive kind of hit a mental roadblock. I spent first sem grinding, messaging alumni for coffee chats, and made 1/2 good friends from it, also applied to alot of springs, and managed to get one, cold emailed over 100 firms and secured one interview, but flunked it due to a technical grilling from the interviewer. This sem i joined my Uni's MAPE soc as an M&A analyst, as well as another student soc outside uni as an MA/ER analyst, and my plan is to go home for summer (MENA) and nepo my way into an internship. I dont really know what to do to further my career as of now, any pointers?
