2020 FT Roommate Thread: NYC, London, Chicago, etc.

While it may prove too early to lock down housing, finding roommates couldn't be early enough.

I have lived my entire life with roommates and the only issue I have ever had is cleanliness and noise. As long as our bathroom (if we share one), kitchen, and general area is clean (as best as two guys can keep it clean), I have no problems. I really want to emphasize the cleanliness point. For the noise, Ill be trying to grind for the CFA and other exams so being able to study in peace is a priority for me. That being said, I don't expect you to be quiet if its a weekend night or if its 10PM on a Tuesday. I'm just worried about blasting music at 3 AM on a Monday or being obnoxiously loud late at night. Of course if it is the weekend and the squad is going out I dont have a problem with a houseparty or a pregame, I just dont expect to be kept up all night.

Basic information below. Feel free to copy and post with your information.

City: Chicago Preferred Neighborhood: Pretty much open to anywhere wihtin 20 mins walking to downtown Start Date: July (Could be postponed) Position: FT Analyst at BB Total Roommates: 2 or 3 Gender: Male Roommate Gender: Male Age: 22 Budget: Max 1400 About Me: My personal interests are working out, video games, reading scifi, etc. EDM is the best form of music. I rather party at home with a group of friends than go to a club and the best nights I can have is ordering food, drinking stella artois, debating, chilling, being with the boys, etc.
