Most banks do prorated based on a first year analyst salary. So just go scope any “top paying banks” thread and you will know. Not like a bank who isn’t top of street is gonna skimp their interns and vice versa low paying bank all of a sudden gonna break the bank on the interns lol
More and more are switching to hourly which surprised me when I found out from our interns. Given numbers just came out, it looks like our interns are now making more hourly than our first years…
