Houston return rate is very high. Across banks it seems to be 95%
well everything is bigger in Texas as you know. Especially the women.

One West Coast datapoint- BofA Palo Alto (TMT) is only extending ~60% ROs this year.
Proof? How many analysts? They reason is bc low qual analysts or bc AI factor

Can attest. Ff super low at 50%. Lev fin I think they cut 4 across clt and ny.
WF is paradise because they don’t let everyone in. It’s like soho house or raya - once they started letting in lames they went to shit.
Very high bar for returns, only the top few in each group got offers
Honestly I wouldn’t even go as far in saying this. Some top interns who showed tremendous growth and were hard workers got cut. They took average,stagnant interns over top interns who made a mistake or two. It’s ridiculous. They were just finding reasons to cut interns.
Can confirm. I hate being in this situation rn, thought everything was going well but this came out of left field
50% RO across all groups in CLT and can confirm that a single mistake in Week 1 can ding you.
Can confirm, my CLT group was 50%, feedback from analysts and associates i worked with was very positive. A minor "mistake" from maybe week 1 or 2 was cited as the reason for cut. Don't know where to go from here.
