Got accepted for a studio that's $3k/month, utilities included. In a luxury building, and a short commute to the office. On 110k base salary, no debt, and have around 20k in savings. Feel like I can still save a decent amount throughout the year. Is $3k/month, too much for an analyst?

Rule of thumb for rent is 30%. At 110K base that’s 2750 per month so you’re slightly overspending, but don’t think it’ll be the end of the world
