Age and Number of Employees by Ranks at BB
I just received an ED offer at a BB in London coming as an industry outsider from New York and would love to understand the ranks in more detail. Salary expectation per rank can be found online, but I was wondering about the number of employees per rank and the average age at time of promotion. Any insight would be really appreciated.
Separately, as this is a role in London, how similar are ED ranks in London vs New York?
