Does anyone have insight on Alantra's IB team in London? Looks like they're doing pretty well in UK / Euro middle-market M&A. Would be curious to hear about culture, hours, comp, and exit ops. Thank you!

I interviewed with them and got an offer. Not in London though.
What I can tell you though is that they operate very independently across their offices (i.e. Germany doesn't really work together with UK etc.) so its more or less country coverage and not EMEA.
In the office I interviewed with, comp was very good (esp. attractive bonus) but hours were brutal as deal flow was exceptional. Team seemed very nice and bright too. I'm convinced that the UK office should offer a similar experience!
Ultimately ended up taking another offer.
