Am I too late??

Background: rising junior at a target school

So I completely missed out on the early round of recruiting, where a lot of people at my school already got offers for summer 2019. It seems like they bumped recruiting to a ridiculously early time this year and i don't know if there's hope for me to land an offer in the fall anymore. Am I too late? Or do banks do two rounds of recruiting too?

Definitely behind, but haven't missed completely. There are a good amount of banks that sill haven't filled all their spots. You need to start networking immediately. Try to find out what processes are closed so you don't waste time networking at places that aren't still hiring (there's probably a few threads you can browse through) and make sure you're ready for interviews. There is hope to land an offer, but you'll have to be on top of networking and interviews to do so.
