Ran across a USA today money article listing A,Erica's fastest shrinking non-financial companies. Some of the names are to be expected like Best Buy, Staples, and HP but what do u guys think are the reasons the other companies are shrinking. Specifically I find it interesting that there are 3 defense companies listed, thoughts?

I think congress passed some cuts to the defense budget in the last couple of years. That would do it.
