I have heard ranges of 90-120 for 1st year to 3rd year analysts. What are your thoughts?

www.vault.com has the spreadsheet. search the message boards for "bonus" and you should be able to find it.

80-120 bonus......man I had no idea IB paid that much back in the glory days. FML

Bonuses were top notch pre-crisis. What a time to be alive (back then; now everything is fucked and people get fruit baskets)
the associate ones are depressing. guys posting their 110k base as an a2 with 350-400k bonuses, just madness
1st year associates during height of tech bubble --> 1 mil all in. My MD was very very close with Quatrone.
