Analyst bonus in cash or other forms?
Do analyst bonuses always get paid in cash? Or do banks sometimes pay analysts in shares or other combos (ie restricted shares, delayed-vesting shares etc)?
This is for BB in London btw.

Every bank does it differently. That said, restricted stock tends to be reserved for higher ranking people who need to have a vested interest in the firm's success. If they pay you in stock, they will usually do so at a discount to the stock's current price.
Usually half cash, half a combination of Dick's gift certificates and bacon-of-the-month club memberships

agree with Jackofalltrades, it will most likely be part cash part company stock. Given the whole GFC and public backlash on excessive bonus, dont be surprised when you find out your cash bonus less than you thought. :(
I have never heard of analyst getting paid in anything other than cash
