Analyst Bonus Payment Timing - UK
Hi Monkeys,
Considering jumping ships, but want to make it after bonus. Read my contract and it states that any "variable compensation" will be communicated to me by 31st July, however, payment will happen no later than 30th September.
What would happen if I resign in August, do I receive the bonus or not? Or in such case is it upon discretion of the company (aka most likely I am not getting it)?
Do you have experience with it or have heard about it from anyone?
