Any chance of this being a problem for a background check this summer?

Current junior at a target school with a secured SA 2025. I’ve completed most of my finals, but due to some health issues, I wasn’t able to take one of them. As a result, my professor will be giving me an ‘INC’ (incomplete) for the semester, and my final grade will be updated once I take the final next semester. Any chance this could be an issue for a background check this summer?

FWIW, once I take the final next semester and my professor updates my grade, there will be no record of an INC. I’m just concerned about the optics of how an INC looks as of the moment and whether it’d be a cause for concern.
