Any good cover letter material / tips?
Does anyone has some material or tips to share to write good cover letters? I’m at a Target and been applying to many finance jobs over the past 2 yars but I very rarely get interviews.
I have good yet broad experience in finance and really think the CL is the problem… yet I can’t figure out why. I use a structure Me/You/Us, and generally taylor the letter to the job and company I apply to.
Would appreciate some help, unfortunately at my Uni there is little to no support on this matter.
